“How can I start referring my friends and family?”

First, make sure you are eligible to receive referral compensation. Then get started by sharing the link above with someone you think would be a good fit for our donor network.

“Am I eligible to receive referral compensation?”

You must be a previously consented donor in our program and considered in “good standing” by our donor care team. If you are unsure of your eligibility to receive referral compensation, please contact our team at 844-709-3669 or donate@dls.com

“How does Discovery know if I referred someone?”

Our donor care team keeps an accounting of all referrals. Every donor who is determined eligible for our donor network is asked if they were referred – just make sure your referrals remember to tell us your name!

“How will I get paid?”

You will be compensated $50 for each qualified* referral. Compensation will be provided in the form of electronic payment, sent monthly for the sum of the total number of referrals you made in the prior month.

“What is a Qualified* referral?”

To earn the reward for someone you referred, the following MUST apply:

1. You are eligible to receive referral compensation.
2. Your referral completes the online screening form
3. Your referral PASSES the subsequent screening and determined eligible for collections by our donor care team.

“Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?”

You can make an unlimited number of referrals provided that:

1. Your referral(s) is not an existing donor (ie. You can refer someone more than once)
2. Your referral(s) has not been referred by someone else. (If your referral does not provide your name or provides the name of someone else, you will not receive credit for referring them.)

Please Note: providing an excessive number of unfit or unqualified referrals may disqualify you from the Refer a Friend program. This determination is at the sole discretion of the donor care team.
