Participation with Discovery Donor Center requires the following:- Valid phone number and email
- Photo ID
- Reliable transportation
- A valid social security number for tax purposes
- Are under the age of legal consent as determined by your state of residence.
- Have donated blood in the past 8 weeks or are donating blood elsewhere
